Data Scientist

You will be responsible for:

As a data scientist, you will work in multidisciplinary environments, leveraging data to deliver real-world impact for global organizations. In addition, you will influence many of the recommendations our clients need to positively change their businesses and improve performance.

Main activities

Work on complex and extremely varied data sets from some of the world’s largest organizations to solve real-world problems; Develop data science products and solutions for internal and external clients. Working in a multidisciplinary environment with Machine Learning experts, Data Engineers, and designers; Making an impact on the world with your experience, as you are encouraged to write articles and present at meetings and conferences if you wish.

Requirements and skills

A university degree with an excellent academic record, such as a master’s level in the field of physics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, artificial intelligence, applied statistics, or mathematics, with applied practical experience and programming background will be a huge plus;

Programming skills in Python and languages such as R, Scala, and SQL;

Professional experience in applying Machine Learning techniques and data mining to real problems with Big Data;

Proven application of advanced statistical analysis and methods;

Skills in the main Machine Learning libraries:

Scikit Learning, XGboost, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Prophet; Ability to independently produce and conduct model development, balance demands and deadlines; Ability to prototype modeling and statistical analysis algorithms and apply these algorithms to solutions of real problems in different areas;

Experience working with Big Data and relational databases is highly desirable (SQL).
